June 2023 - Present
From June 2023 til now, I have been the Digital Media Specialist for UConn’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion. There, I keep the website up-to-date with all events, design flyers and posters for both print and digital, work with the cultural centers across campus to design flyers for their events, and am in charge of the Office of Diversity social media (Instagram), as well as designing presentations for clients such as President Radenka Maric.

client work
May 2021 - May 2022
From Spring 2021 - 2022, I had the opportunity to be a Graphic Designer for the William Benton Museum of Art; an Art Museum at the University of Connecticut Storrs campus.
The banner above is one of the first projects I worked on - designing a typographic banner for the Spring 2021 Studio Art Faculty Exhibition. I used the font Stretch Pro and customized it to make the letters look like they were in motion. I also created a custom motion piece for the 9 foot by 3 foot banner. In addition to the Outdoor banner, I had to create other collateral such as Instagram posts, Twitter banners, Facebook banners, and an Indoor Square Panel.
The Facing History: Social Commentary in Contemporary American Art Exhibition banner. I designed this one while paying close attention to the words “Facing History;” and how its reflective manner speaks to the pieces in the exhibition, and how it could be translated as a visual piece.
In addition to Exhibition banners and other projects for the museum, I was also responsible for creating and designing the monthly First Thursday poster and collateral. This is a design system I created in September 2021, and i have used it every month to create a different color theme.
I have also worked on Web Design for the Museum - creating page layouts for website and how everything should look on the page using Wordpress.
