NICABM

client work

June 2019 - September 2023

From June 2019, I had the opportunity to intern for The National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM) - a company that provides continuing education training for health and mental health practitioners. That internship soon turned into a full-time position right after college graduation. Throughout my time there, I have worked on a number of visual design projects - including creating course banners for the front page of the website, designing and creating infographics to consolidate big ideas, creating social media images for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating thumbnails for videos, and basic video editing.

An infographic designed for the issue of fear and how to help clients overcome it - an idea adapted from Kelly McGonigal, PhD. While reading through Kelly’s ideas and her thoughts on how to overcome fear, I decided to create illustrations that would go off of the fear of flying in airplanes - which is something many people have.
